2010年7月31日至2010年8月1日leewiART将在上海国际会议中心CGDC展览现场举办"2010 国际概念艺术家作品展"。 本次展览将会从世界范围内选取10位概念艺术家、共计60幅作品进行展览。

Organized by leewiART, the International Exhibition of Conceptual Art Works 2010 will be held on July 31st 2010 to August 1st 2010 onsite at CGDC show area. Altogether 60 works of 10 conceptual artists worldwide are selected to be displayed at the exhibition.

概念设计作为CG领域中的重要组成部分，广泛的应用在游戏，电影，动画项目中。它通过绘画的手段将抽象的概念转变成图形化的设计，艺术家如上帝创造人类一般，创造出了生命、建筑、机械、科学、语言等等一切，让我们可以体验到虚幻世界的真实存在性。随着人类艺术与科技的发展，虚拟世界与真实世界就像沃卓斯基兄弟所描绘的骇客帝国，界线会越来越模糊，概念设计作品今后将会深深影响人类社会的发展与存在。

Concept design， as a major section of Computer Graphic (CG) art， is being applied intensively in fields of game developing, film production and animation projects. All intangible concepts turn into solid visual design as concept artists doing their magic using both pencils and software. Artists build us a surreal yet believable world, which contains its own life forms, edifices, machines, science system, even language, just like God creates people out of thin air. As the Wachowski brothers showed audience in their “Matrix” trilogy, with the development of human art and technology, the boundary between reality and cyber world will be more and more undefined. Therefore CG concept artwork is capable of bring massive impact to the development and existence of human society.

leewiART作为国际数字图形(CG)艺术推广机构, 长期致力于提高CG艺术在当代艺术中的位置和价值，为广大CG创作者搭建一个互相沟通、学习、借鉴的平台。我们继2009年在CGDC成功举办CG艺术画展，本次再度携手CGDC组委会共同举办“国际概念艺术家作品展”，集中展示和介绍国内外10位优秀概念艺术家所创造出的奇幻世界，同时更好的促进中外CG艺术的交流与发展。

As an international CG art promoting organization, leewiART constantly dedicates to elevate the value and the importance of CG art in contemporary art, and to provide a platform for the communication, learning and utilization among CG artists. After succeeded in organizing CG artworks exhibition at CGDC in 2009, now we cooperate with the organizing committee of CGDC again, to co-organize “International Concept Artworks Exhibition”. At this exhibition, we concentrate on the exhibition and introduction of the fantastic world created by ten talented national and international concept artists. At the same time, we will make better efforts to promote the exchange and development between China and the rest of the world in the CG art field
